Cancellation & Payment Policy
Project orders are confirmed once the client approves the final drawings and signs the contract.
Cancellation Before Manufacturing - If the client requests to cancel the order before manufacturing begins, a 12% administrative fee will be deducted from the total contract amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation After Manufacturing Has Started - Once the manufacturing process has started, the full contract amount becomes payable and the order cannot be canceled, as materials and production have already been allocated to the project.
